Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay with your order.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard delivery timeline: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹3000
  • Shipping charges for orders below ₹3000 will be calculated at checkout

Delivery timelines may vary slightly for remote locations or during peak periods.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations including GCC countries, Asia, United Kingdom, United States, and Canada.

Estimated delivery timelines from dispatch:

  • GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain): 5–9 business days
  • Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong): 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
  • United States & Canada: 8–14 business days

International Shipping Charges

  • Flat shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination.
  • Free international shipping on orders above ₹14,999

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier’s website. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the system.

Shipping Restrictions: Certain items may be restricted from being shipped to specific locations due to customs regulations. If this affects your order, you will be notified.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to make corrections before your order is processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the package as delivered. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. If you need any help with this, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

Customs and Import Duties: For international shipments, the recipient may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential fees.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at anganabyamrutha@gmail.com or DM in our page with photos of the damaged items, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
