Returns

We have a 7-day easy return policy on all orders from India, which means you can request a return for your item(s) for up to 7 days after receiving your order. No return is accepted for international orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

No returns on sale items.

To start a return, you can contact us at anganabyamrutha@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 8121805731. The shipping cost for return has to be covered by you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right .

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Only size exchanges are permissible. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

All refunds will be in the form of store credit. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued store credit in lieu of the purchased amount (after deducting the shipping charges) within 7 business days. The store credit can be used within a period of 3 months. Please note: shipping charges will not be credited.

The new order value must be same or equal to the credit note given.We won't be able to issue another credit note with the balance amount.

Only one exchange per transaction. Once exchanged an order cannot be exchanged again.
